To check on all your currently open Service Requests, start by visiting the link below:
This screen will show you all of your tickets that are open within the new TeamDynamix system. By default, the search only shows you requests which are currently open.
To view all tickets you've submitted, select the "Status Class" search parameter and check the boxes next to "Completed", "Cancelled" or just use the "Select all" at the top of the list. Then click "Search" at the top of the form.
Old tickets were imported into TeamDynamix on 5-22-2021 using data exported from Workfront on 5-18-2021. There may be some discrepancies, please forgive us if we double-notify you on some things and please let us know if there is anything missing. Feel free to create a new Service Request if you cannot find your old request.
