Awareness of digital canvas sizing

Please be advised, the poster was provided in a digital canvas size of ##" x ##" so we scaled it but that doesn't scale directly to ##" x ##" so we had to slightly modify the proportions to print it at the desired size. We recommend when creating posters that you set the size of the digital canvas first to the desired size it will be printed so that logos, images, and text do not get skewed because of scaling and that proportions remain correct. That will also help determine if photos are a high enough resolution to print correctly at the desired size.

Some files will come in as PowerPoints or Publisher files. Convert these to PDF or PSD files.

If a color poster file opens up and is in grayscale, close the file. Reopen and in the popup before the file opens, change the Mode: dropdown to RGB color.
