This article is designed to show you how to pair your controller to your device and configure it using Joy2Key.
Configuring Anki Remote 8bitdo Zero 2
For Windows:
- Install Anki (flash card program)
- Install Joy2Key (remote control mapping program)
Pairing Remote to Bluetooth:
- Press Start to turn on
- Hold START & X to pair as game control (NOT as keyboard)
- Press and Hold Select until light blinks quickly to enter pairing mode
Configuring Joy2Key:
- A = 4 (Easy)
- B = 1 (Again)
- X = Enter (Good/ Show Answer/ Flip)
- Y = 2 (Hard)
- Down Arrow = Down Arrow (Scroll Down)
- Up Arrow = Up Arrow key (Scroll Up)
- R = Space (Flip Card)
- L = Control + Z (Undo)

For Windows:
- Install Anki (flash card program)
- Install Joy2Key (remote control mapping program)
Pairing Remote to Bluetooth:
- Press + to turn on
- Hold + & Pair (on bottom of remote) to enter pairing (pair as controller)
Configuring Joy2Key:
- A = 4 (Easy)
- B = 1 (Again)
- X = Enter (Good/ Show Answer/ Flip)
- Y = 2 (Hard)
- Down Arrow = Down Arrow (Scroll Down)
- Up Arrow = Up Arrow key (Scroll Up)
- R = Space (Flip Card)
- L = Control + Z (Undo)
