For Microsoft: We do not have the ability to alter the contents of Entra, but can use it to check who has enabled what program, or a list of programs to which that M365 rights have been granted.
- Navigate to: https://myapplications.microsoft.com/ and see the list of applications with access to a person's Microsoft Account
- Click the gear and reset view to default to un-hide any malicious apps
- Look for problematic AI programs in the list such as "Read.Ai" or "Otter.ai" or "firefly.ai".
- Click the "3 dots" on the top right of the box for the problematic program and choose "Manage your application" if available.
- Click the "Revoke Consent" box on the right side of the page to remove the unwanted permissions that the application has.
- Click "Return to Dashboard" if necessary and then click the "3 dots" again and choose "X Remove" to remove the application from the account completely.
- Navigate to: https://entra.microsoft.com/ and authenticate with their FSUID
- Search by program:
- LeftNav> Enterprise Apps
- MiddleSearchBox > enter term to find program of concern and select it
- Read.ai = Read Meeting Navigator
- Otter.ai = Otter
- firefly.ai = *various names, check with IT for help
- MiddleNav> Users and Groups
- Search for any customer to see if they have allowed that program to have access to their M365 account.
- Search for all programs permitted by a customer
- LeftNav> Users
- MiddleSearchBar> Enter customer name and select it
- InMiddle, find Applications and click the number to see list
