This article is intended to provide guidance on how to navigate Shared Lines in Zoom Phone, and enable/disable incoming notifications.
1. In your Zoom Workplace Desktop app, you will navigate to the phone tab, and below the number pad you will see the Caller ID with a drop down menu next to it.
2. From the drop down menu, you will see your personal extension as well as any shared lines you are attached to. Whichever number is selected in the drop down menu, will be displayed in the Caller ID section, and all outbound calls will have the selected number as the display.
3. If you need to disable notifications for incoming calls from a shared line you will select your profile, and then go down to "Received Shared Calls" and select the shared line you want to disable. If the Received Shared Calls option is not there, you will go to your profile, sign out, and then sign back in using SSO and your FSUID and the option should appear.
