Overview
OneDrive for Business, a cloud storage and file sharing service from Microsoft, keeps all your files in one secure, access-it-anywhere location. OneDrive is the perfect location to store personal files, such as business documents, presentations and coursework. With OneDrive for Business, you can save your files to the cloud and sync them across devices so you can access them anytime and anywhere, both online and offline.
- Cloud storage | 5TB of encrypted cloud storage space

- Version control | recall earlier versions of documents as needed
- Reliable backups | files are backed up to FSU servers to easily recover from accidental deletes or malicious attacks

ACCESS
Your OneDrive is automatically provisioned for you when your FSU Account is created.
Online
- Sign in to Office 365 with your FSUID:
- Click the app launcher icon in the top-left corner
- Select OneDrive
Desktop
- Install the OneDrive for Business Next Generation Sync Client: Windows | Mac
- NOTE: If you are using a university-owned computer that is supported by an IT support team, please consult with them before installing the sync client, as they may have special requirements and procedures to follow.
Mobile
- Download the Microsoft OneDrive app
- Open the app
- Enter your FSU email
- Select Sign in to OneDrive for Business
- Enter your FSUID password
NOTE: To edit OneDrive for Business files on your mobile device, you will need to download additional Microsoft apps, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
