The folder Gen5 files and Images was moved from C:\Users\Public\ to E:\Gen5 files and Images. This article is designed to walk you through updating your experiments to match to the new location.
You will know if you have this issue IF you see the following error:

It will still open your plates after selecting Ok, but when you try to open an individual image you will get the error below:

To correct this you select cancel and then you will navigate to the menu bar, select the Protocol drop-down menu and then left-click on Protocol Options as shown below:

From here you will navigate to Save Options and check the File Location. If it does now show E: at the beginning you will need to select browse and change it to E:\Gen5 files and Images as shown below:

Once you select Browse you will select Data (E:) as seen in the bottom left-hand corner and then left-click on Gen5 files and Images and make sure it populates in the dialog box at the bottom and then left-click Select Folder in the bottom right to make the change. Reference picture below:

Once this has been completed you will navigate to Image Save Options and modify Current Experiment Settings to the new location.

This is going to the old location. You will update by going to Select new image folder and left clicking.

Here is where you will select Data(E:) in the bottom left, open Gen5 files and Images folder and find the corresponding experiment. This will allow the software to properly pull and display your images. Below is a reference picture showing how it should look:

When you close the experiment, you will be prompted to Save. Click on Yes to that. It will also ask you to update. Do that as well.

You will need to do this for each experiment.
