QUICK GUIDE TO 278 CONFERENCE ROOM
To use the laptop connection:
1. Plug the USB-C cables labeled “TV” and “Camera” into your computer
2. On the small black box on top of the desktop using the button on the bottom right of each output section pressing it until the#3 is lit up blue.
3. The TV should now be displaying Video.
4. Additional settings in “your” device may need to be adjusted to utilize the camera ands speakers in the room.

To connect to the Desktop in the room:
1.You will need to plug the USB-C cable labeled camera into the USB-C connection on the front of the Desktop.
2. On the small black box on top of the desktop using the button on the bottom right of each output section pressing it until the#1 is lit up blue.
3. The desktop should now be displaying video and you can sign into it using your MED credentials (firstname.lastname).
