Computer Login and some MED Resources
- If you know your password and want to change it
- Go to https://account.med.fsu.edu
- Login with your MEDID credentials
- If you are prompted to enroll in Self-Service password reset, see the section below, then return here
- In the middle of the Home page in a grey box, click the “Change password” link
- Enter your old password, your new password, confirm it, and click “OK”
- If you forgot your password (or new users / Clerkship Faculty)
- Go to https://account.med.fsu.edu
- Click on the “Forgot your password?” link
- Enter your MEDID and click Next
- If you are not enrolled in Self-Service Password reset, you may get an error. Contact the MED Service Desk at 850-644-3664
- A verification code will be sent to your alternate email. Enter it into the system.
- Answer the security questions you set up during Self-Service Password Reset.
- Enter your new password.
- Enroll in Self-Service Password Reset
- Go to https://account.med.fsu.edu
- Log in to your account. If you do not know your password, call the MED Service Desk at 850-644-3664
- You should be prompted to enroll immediately after signing in. Click “Enroll now”
- If you are not prompted, click on the “Enroll” button on the right.
- Answer the security questions, specify your alternate (non-MED) email if it asks, and click “Save”
- Verify that your alternate email shows in the “My Properties” section and that the “Reenroll” and “Disenroll” options show on the Home page.
- You can now reset your own password without needing to contact IT
FSU (FSUID) account
Student Evaluations, MED Secure Apps, MyFSU, Canvas, Library Resources
- Gather all devices - phone, tablets, etc.
- Put all devices in airplane mode
- Go to https://my.fsu.edu
- Click on "Reset your password" link
- Change your password on each device and disable airplane mode
