OneDrive

OneDrive is a cloud File Sync utility that lets you store documents in FSU's OneDrive storage space. Each person at FSU gets 5 TB of storage space on their OneDrive. OneDrive is a safe place to store most data classifications, but see this article for details.

How to Sign In

OneDrive is available on the web at https://onedrive.live.com/, but most of the time you'll want to use the desktop version. See below:

Start by opening the OneDrive program on your computer. For MED-issued computers it should be pre-installed. If you're on a personal computer you can download it here.

Sign in using your FSUID@fsu.edu email address and password.

Follow the steps to set the folder for OneDrive (The default location is recommended) and get to know how to use OneDrive.

You can now open File Explorer and go to the "OneDrive - Florida State University" folder. Any files stored within this folder will be synced to OneDrive and available from any device.

OneDrive uses various icons to let you know the status of your files.
