Ricoh Printers - Finishing Options (Mac)

This guide will show you how to access finishing options on a Mac computer. “Finishing options“ refers to things like Stapling, Hole Punch, Folding (if printer is equipped) and booklet making (if printer is equipped).

  1. When you go to print, under the “Presets” section, there is another option dropdown, it will default to “Copies & Pages”. Change it to “Printer Features”
  2. For Feature Sets, select “Finishing”
  3. Select the finishing options you would like to use.

If the finishing options are greyed out or unavailable to you, then your printer may not have the correct features to support that option. All Ricoh printers have hole punch and staple option at the bare minimum, if those options are also not available, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open System Preferences and select “Printers & Scanners”

  1. Select the printer you’d like to edit and then click “Options & Supplies”

  1. Go to the “Options” tab and select the finisher “SR3260” for the C4500model or “SR3210” for the MP2555 model.

  1. Now you should be able to follow the steps above to select finishing options.
