Forward Desk Phone Calls

FSU offers two methods of forwarding your office phone to another line.

1. Regular Call Forwarding

This method will just forward along any incoming calls to whatever number you enter.

Start Forwarding: Dial *108 + 9 + [full phone number]

Stop Forwarding: Dial #108

2. EC500 (Extend-to-Cellular) Feature

This will enable two main features: 

1. When enabled, your desk phone will ring both in your office and to your cell phone at the same time.
2. When you call any FSU number from your cell phone, the caller ID will show as if you were calling from your desk.

To request this feature to be enabled, enter a TSR with the following information:

1. Your desk phone number
2. Your cell phone number
3. A message stating "Please enable the EC500 feature on my Avaya phone".

You can enter your department budget information using the "One-Time Non-Recurring" section. There is no charge for this feature, but a budget must be entered in order to create the order.

Once this feature is enabled for your line, you can use the right arrow to access the "Feature List" then press the button next to EC500 to toggle it on or off. If the green light is lit, the feature is enabled.
