TurningPoint Password Reset

Students

MD and PA students have licensed accounts for TurningPoint. These accounts are registered using the @med.fsu.edu email address. For first-time users, you must follow the "Forgot password" steps in order to create your initial password. Follow the steps below if you're first signing into TurningPoint, or if you've forgotten your password:
 

1. Navigate to the TurningPoint website login: https://account.turningtechnologies.com/account/
2. Enter your email into the login box. Note: Make sure you're entering your @med.fsu.edu email here.
3. Click the Next button
   1. You'll then see a password box pop up. If you do not know your password, ignore it and:
4. Click the "Forgot your password?" link.
5. Check your email. A password reset email will come with a link to reset your password.
6. Click the "Reset your password" link in the email.
7. Enter your new password and click Continue.

Faculty/Staff

Instructor accounts are free with TurningPoint, only students need licenses. For faculty and staff, just go to the link in step 1 above and create your own account. You can reset your password with the same steps above if you forget it.
