Type control panel into the search box in the bottom left corner right next to the start menu. Open control panel and select view by "Small icons" then select "Devices and printers".
In the top left or the pop up box select "Add a Printer". Then in the next pop up box select "The printer that I want isn't listed"
In the "find a printer by other options" box select "Find printer in the directory, based on location or feature then select the "Next" button.
In the "Name" box type RM206 the select "Find Now". You should get two search results " RM206- ORL RICOH and RM206 - ORL-Dell. Double click the printer of your choosing and it should be successfully added to your machine.
