Intent of this process:
This procedure is intended to walk users through how to connect to resources that are in our Remote Apps environment.
What you will need before starting this process:
- Windows App (should be automatically installed on your machine)
- Approval for Access
Success for this process is measured by:
- You have launched the Windows App and logged in
- You have connected to the intended remote workspace
- You have successfully connected to your remote device
The Process:
- In the start menu, search for and launch Windows App

- Sign in with your med credentials, specifically the account ending in @fsumed.onmicrosoft.com (for example: jon.doe@fsumed.onmicrosoft.com)
- If you see this screen, that means you need to request access to be able to use this tool. Open a Teamdynamix ticket with X team:

- If you see this screen, you were successful and have the appropriate access:

- Double-click on the remote resource you need to use and select the account you need from the prompt box. If the account you need is not there, select Use another account and log in with your fsumed.onmicrosoft.com address:

- The resource will launch and prompt you for the appropriate credentials:

- The remote session will launch, and may take a few moments to load, especially if it's your first time (potentially up to several minutes as it creates some first-time items for you) connecting to this particular resource:

- From there, the resource should run as expected (eg, the application window pops up and is usable, or your RDP session is available, whatever the case may be).
