Changing Outlook
By default outlook is set up weird and I know they have made it look strange as well but in this KB we are going to fix that.
There are 3 main things we need to change to help fix a lot of issues.
Click on the file button on the top left
Once there click on the options in the lower left then click on the advanced option
Once there you will see the picture above. Change all the arrow options to the what they look like in the picture above then click on at the bottom right and restart your outlook
