When accessing sharedfiles off campus you will need to be on the MED FSU VPN -"VPN.FSU.EDU/MED" (without quotes)
Navigate and open File Explorer (the little folder app)
In the top navigation bar paste the full path to the folder.
To save a shortcut to this folder in file explorer "Right Click" This PC (The little computer icon in file explorer)
A pop up Window should appear now select "Add a Network Location" then select "Next"
Select "Choose a custom network location" then select "Next"
In the "Internet or network address:" Box paste the full path to the folder the select "Next"
Now you can name the shortcut using the "Type name for this network Location" then select "Next"
Now select "Finish" vand you should have a shortcut to the folder in File Explorer.
