Setting Chrome to hold to print

Select the three dots in the top right corner and then select print.

In the print preview window select the "More settings" drop down button

Scroll to the bottom of the more settings menu and select "Print using system dialogue"

Towards the bottom of the pop up window select the "Printer Options" drop down menu and then select the i icon to the right of the "Job Log" tab

Now select the "Job Type" drop down menu and select the "Hold Print" option.

You will now need to set the user ID and select OK. The User ID can only be 8 characters

Once you selected OK towards the top of the window select the "Presets" drop down menu and select the "Save Current Settings as Preset" option

Name the preset "Hold Print" and make sure "Print Job preset" is selected

To ensure that the printing setting do not revert back to normal print, select the presets drop down menu again and select "Edit Preset List"

At the bottom of the pop up window make sure the "Reset Presets Menu to "Default Settings" After printing box is unchecked.

Now Your print job will hold to print.

To set hold to print in Adobe Acrobat

Select File and then select Print. A dialogue box will open and in the bottom left of the box Select Printer. A box will pop up and you will need to select Yes.

Make sure the preset you created is selected and then Select Print.
