  1. Leave the password blank and click Next
  2. If you’ve used your FSU account before on this computer, you may be prompted to select between a "Work or school account" or "Personal Account", select Work or school account. Once again, make sure it says “@fsu.edu” and not “@my.fsu.edu” or anything else. If it shows something else, click the “Sign in with another account” button.

  1. If you have no accounts saved on your computer, you may see this screen. Enter your email as FSUID@fsu.edu once again.

  1. Enter your FSUID password if prompted

  1. Complete the two-factor authentication process.
  2. It should finish adding your account, and you will be greeted with this screen. Press Finish

  1. Return to the Profile settings window, and ensure that the profile you created is set as the default under the “Always use this profile” section.

  1. Click Apply and OK
  2. Reopen Outlook and allow it a few minutes to set up your account. It should be working properly now. If you have other inboxes to add, you will need to add them by going to File>Add Account
